Privacy policy
Heima Personal Assistant (“Heima”) is a private, non-commercial personal and family assistant operated for its owner. It is not offered as a public service and does not accept public registrations.
Google data Heima accesses
With the account owner’s explicit authorization, Heima may read Gmail messages and Google Calendar events. The granted Google permissions are read-only. Heima cannot send email or create, edit, or delete calendar events through these credentials.
How data is used
Google data is used only to provide owner-requested functions such as identifying important recent email, presenting calendar events, and preparing a private personal briefing. Heima does not use Google data for advertising, profiling, or sale.
Processing and disclosure
Relevant, bounded content may be processed by the configured AI model provider, OpenAI, solely to generate the requested private summary or response. Heima does not sell personal information or disclose it to data brokers or advertisers.
Storage and retention
- OAuth credentials are stored in an encrypted, owner-only credential store on a private server.
- Fetched email content used for unattended summaries is held in temporary owner-only files and removed when the summary run ends.
- Full email bodies and authentication codes are not intentionally added to long-term assistant memory.
- Private summaries may be delivered to the owner’s paired Telegram account and may exist in encrypted operational backups.
Security
Heima uses least-privilege Google scopes, restricted mail-reader components, owner pairing, encrypted credentials and backups, and a private administrative interface. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure, but access is deliberately limited to reduce risk.
Your control
The account owner can revoke Heima’s Google access at any time from the Google Account third-party connections page. Revocation prevents future access. The owner may also request deletion of locally retained Heima data.
